Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant at Southern Distribution Global. The position is based on-site in Kluang. The Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including managing schedules, supporting daily office activities, handling correspondence, organizing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency. Additionally, the Assistant might assist in basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in administrative support or a related role is a plus
