We are representing our client from F&B industry . As our client is expanding, they are looking for AssistantKitchen Crew Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Managing Kitchen Staff: Assist the Kitchen lead in the overall management of kitchen / staff ensuring smooth operations, collaboration, and a positive working environment.
• Assist in Maintaining Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to the group's acclaimed reputation. This includes daily checks & execution of established forms to be posted in the WhatsApp group for this purpose.
• Assist in Compliance with Recipes and SOPs: Act as a diligent overseer (after the Kitchen Lead) to guarantee that all dishes are prepared and presented according to precise recipes and standard operating proced...
