Assistant Interior Design Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:

· Coordinates with design team, other departments and external ID consultants for request

of plans, project brief, marketing brief, clarificatory meetings

· Prepares the following documents:

a. Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management;

b. Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed

c. Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award;

d. Necessary document attachments of consultant’s progress billings;

· Reviews documents such as proposals/contracts for signing and

notarization

· Reviews accuracy and completeness of interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant

· Processes accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant
