About You

· Compassionate and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting elderly residents and promoting their dignity and independence.

· Experienced (or willing to learn) in assisting with personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities.

· Strong communicator who can build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team.
