Job Description
- Handle a team of Lead HR and HR Executives.
- Source and hire candidates for BPO voice & non-voice processes.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final rounds.
- Maintain attendance, attrition, and manpower tracking sheets.
- Support HR audits, compliance, and database management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Min 5 Years experience in BPO HR / Recruitment preferred.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Graduation required; MBA HR is a plus.
