Job Responsibility


• Analyze and assess information/data (both quantitative and qualitative) and the external environment to be the source for Organization Development and Learning & Development strategy formulation• Design and develop OD & LD process, tools and templates as required
• In collaboration of related team, design, develop and roll-out the learning and development projects and programs taking into consideration appropriate delivery channel (70/20/10 principle) i.e. Competency Development, Management & Executive Development, Onboarding Program, Knowledge Management etc.
• Lead and manage OD & LD projects as assigned
• Evaluate effectiveness of implementing OD & LD strategies and projects/programs
• Research the latest learning and development methods

Job Qualification


• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in OD, Human Resource Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology or related fields.
