Assistant Manager – Human Resources
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HR with at least 4+ years of HR experience, including hands-on exposure to Singapore Payroll, Employment Pass (EP) processing, MOM regulations, and General HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and capable of managing end-to-end HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities Singapore Payroll & Compliance
Manage and process Singapore payroll accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower Singapore) regulations
Handle CPF submissions, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory requirements
Liaise with Singapore authorities when required
Employment Pass (EP) & Work Pass Processing
Handle end-to-end Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations
Manage S Pass, Work Permit matters (if applicable)
Coordinate documentation and track approval status
