Job Description
The Assistant HR Manager role reports directly to the HR Manager and based at Head Office in Durban.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assists the HR Manager in any / all of these areas:
a. Recruitment
b. Talent Management
c. Training and development
d. Performance management
e. Career development
f. Succession planning
g. Industrial relations
h. Discipline and grievance procedures
i. Employment equity
j. Payroll and benefits administration
k. General administration
l. Implement Company strategies.
m. Cover for the HR Manager when required.
Essential:
- Degree (B.A. or B. Soc. Sci. or B. Com)
- Over 10 years post-graduation relevant experience.
- Over 3 years SAGE payroll experience.
- Over 3 years manufacturing Company HR experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite (excel at advanced level)
- SAGE payroll
Preferable:
- B. Com HR Management
