We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our HR team as an Assistant HR for the evening shift. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as resume screening and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Help with daily HR administrative tasks
  • Coordinate interview follow-ups
  • Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR reports
  • Respond to basic employee queries under supervision
