Key Requirements

  • Experience managing housekeeping staff in corporate offices, coworking spaces, business parks, IT parks, commercial buildings, or large corporate facilities.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise housekeeping supervisors, janitors, and outsourced staff.
  • Experience in manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of corporate housekeeping standards, hygiene practices, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Experience conducting cleanliness audits, inspections, and quality checks.
  • Ability to handle vendor management, housekeeping contracts, and consumable inventory control.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with facility, administration, and operations teams.
