We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Headteacher – Wellbeing, Inclusion & Personal Development to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape a school where pupils flourish academically, socially and emotionally.


This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership with a SENCO commitment of up to 50%, leading whole-school wellbeing, inclusion, SEND and personal development while making a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people with autism and additional needs.


Working closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, you'll lead innovative practice, develop an inclusive culture and ensure every pupil receives the support, opportunities and guidance they need to thrive.
