About the Role


This is an incredible opportunity to become part of the founding leadership team at Tilewood School, a brand-new specialist school opening in Buckinghamshire.


As Assistant Headteacher, you'll work alongside the Headteacher to help establish an outstanding specialist provision where children and young people with Autism and additional needs can flourish. Combining strategic leadership with approximately 70% teaching commitment, you'll lead by example, inspire colleagues and help shape the culture, curriculum and future of the school from day one.
