Wine Program & Service
  • Support the Head Sommelier in overseeing the daily wine service and operations.
  • Recommend and serve wines professionally, ensuring correct storage, presentation, and pouring standards.
  • Conduct wine pairings in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of wine regions, vintages, and food pairings to provide informed guest recommendations.
Wine List & Inventory Management
  • Assist in managing the wine list, including updates, pricing, and seasonal selections.
  • Supervise stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and monitor wastage and spoilage.
  • Ensure proper cellar organization and compliance with storage standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and the Head Sommelier on procurement and cost control.
