Assistant Head Maternity Cover

ES American School is looking for an inspirational, experienced Assistant Head of School to cover a maternity leave starting around June 2026. This post would be until the end of December 2026 in the first instance.

ESAS is set in a beautiful, green campus 5 minutes from Barcelona airport. Our staff are friendly, supportive and passionate about learning. Our students come from over 40 different nationalities and are eager to learn.

The Assisant Head would take a lead role in overseeing the curriculum, as well as being a major support in pastoral care.

As we are an American School, it is imperative that you speak fluent English. It is also imperative that you already have a work permit that allows you to work legally in Spain.
