Role Overview

Northridge Inn & Resort is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Grounds Steward to support the maintenance and presentation of the resort’s outdoor spaces and event areas during the 2026 season. Working under the guidance of the Operations & Facilities Manager, and in partnership with the Property & Grounds Steward, this role assists with maintaining Northridge’s landscaped grounds, pathways, gardens, and outdoor facilities to ensure they remain safe, functional, and visually beautiful for guests and events. The Assistant Grounds Steward also plays an important role in supporting wedding and event setup and tear-down, particularly during busy weekends throughout the summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
