You will support multiple areas of the shop, assist where needed, and have the opportunity to cross-train in anodizing, plating, and masking. + Package and wrap finished aerospace products accurately and safely according to written instructions and quality standards.
+ Work as a team player and assist in various areas of the shop as needed to support production goals.
+ Cross-train in both packaging and masking operations and apply these skills as production needs change.
+ Perform general shop duties beyond core packaging tasks, including basic clean-up and housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work area.
