Assistant General Manager/General Manager

We are seeking a VP of Business Development to lead growth and market expansion across Southeast Asia, with an initial focus on Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. This role will drive regional go-to-market strategy, develop strong partnerships with brand principals, and build a sustainable, KPI-driven sales pipeline supported by scalable automation solutions.

The role carries P&L responsibility for the region and requires a leader who combines commercial discipline, solutioning depth, and execution focus.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy, P&L & Performance Management

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
• Own regional P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost performance.
• Define and manage KPIs covering pipeline health, win rates, deal quality, and customer growth.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning for the region.
