- Statutory compliance, Industrial Relations and conflict management
- Well experience in Performance Management system, Employee welfare and engagement activities
- Develop and implement HR policies and employee retention strategies.
- Need to handle compliance, buyers audits, legal adherence.
- Must have excellent communication, decision making and team management skills
