The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of parking business, client and facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing business strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling administrative duties. The AGM works closely with the GM to help meet financial goals and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the business and location.
- Assist in the supervision of location staff including delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards
