Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for Punches, Dies, Turrets, and Machine Tooling .
  • Develop and manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across India and international markets.
  • Lead customer care and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Production, and Quality teams for timely order execution.
  • Drive effective utilization of SAP/CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reviews.
  • Support strategic sales and customer engagement initiatives with senior management.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, negotiations, and commercial closures.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
