Job Description Position: AGM – Quality (Cable) Location: Mangaon, Raigad, Maharashtra Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM – Quality (Cable) to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for cable manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for cable manufacturing. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as IS, IEC, BIS, and customer specifications. Monitor incoming raw material quality, in-process quality, and finished product inspections.
