• Responsible for managing the full operations, service, logistics and activities
• Ensure that guests receive exceptional levels of personalised service
• Assist the HOD's in ensuring that guest spaces and facilities are impeccably maintained and fully functional
• Ensure that policies, processes and standards directly affecting the guests reflect their safety, security and preferences
