Job Description

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports daily restaurant operations while helping develop team culture, manage profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with the General Manager and ownership to maintain high operational standards, coach staff, and execute systems that keep Brienzo’s running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure consistent execution and service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
  • Manage scheduling, labor tracking, and shift performance.
  • Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to maintain profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety codes (ServSafe certified or ability to obtain).
