Key Responsibilities:

1. City Operations Leadership

• Lead operations across 5–10 cities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and adherence to operational standards.

• Manage a team of 50–60 employees (both permanent and contractual) to meet performance targets and maintain a high-performance culture.

2. Operational Excellence & Performance Management

• Monitor and drive key performance metrics such as TAT, SLAs, and other operational KPIs.

• Identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Manpower Efficiency & Cost Optimization

•Optimize manpower deployment, scheduling, and training to achieve operational efficiency.

• Analyze staffing requirements and recommend resource allocation strategies based on workload and productivity metrics.
