Assistant General Manager MEP

MEP Works will oversee, guide, and manage the planning, design, installation, and execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in Commercial projects. Will ensure adherence to the highest industry standards, optimize system performance, and provide expertise to address technical challenges, ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Design:

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and design consultants during the pre-construction phase to ensure MEP designs align with project goals.
• Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local regulations, NBC (National Building Code), IGBC/LEED guidelines, and BIS standards.
• Provide inputs for innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable MEP solutions in line with market trends and future-ready technologies.
