Job Title: AGM / General Manager – Channel Partner Sourcing

Experience: 7–16 years

Location: Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune

Role Overview

The role is responsible for managing, expanding, and activating the Channel Partner (CP) network to

drive sales for Commercial Office spaces and Ultra-Premium Residential projects. The incumbent will

work closely with existing CPs while identifying and onboarding high-quality partners to achieve

company sales targets across premium ticket sizes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Channel Partners (CPs).

2. Identify, onboard, and activate new CPs across targeted broker segments.

3. Drive lead sourcing through CPs, PIs, HNIs, and NRIs.

4. Achieve assigned sales targets for Commercial and Ultra-Premium Residential projects.

5. Conduct regular CP meetings, training sessions, and engagement programs.
