What You’ll Lead

Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle — from brief intake to execution-ready drawings.

Own the creative P&L — optimize for quality, profitability, and timelines.

Directly manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, visualizers, and coordinators.

Drive innovation across material specs, sustainability, and tech-integrated design.

Champion internal alignment across design, ops, and project management.
