We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.
Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.
Independently manage the sales lifecycle – from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using Flip Spaces’ technology platform and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
