We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.
  • Independently manage the sales lifecycle - from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
