Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Assistant General Manager at our Canadian Brewhouse restaurant in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do:

• Demonstrate the behaviours and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives and The Canadian Brewhouses vision, mission and safety principles to make a difference in guests lives
• Oversee the front of house functions ensuring labour budgets are being met
• Be responsible for 4-wall sales; promote in-house promos, fundraisers, events and more with guests at tables and at the bar
• Manage secret shoppers, review responses, and provide feedback where required
• Regularly communicate feedback and recognition to all hourly employees, and provide continuous coaching
