Job Role :

  • To keep the property in a spick & span space.
  • Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.
  • To Keep a check on sanity and the ambience of the property & consumables quality.
  • Proven experience of team handling including (HouseKeeping Staff, Supervisors)
  • To keep a track using appropriate inspection checklists & to detail their findings.
  • Maintenance of Water TDS, Sanitaries, Necessary office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets(AC/DC),
  • Cafeteria Management including Pantry staff & Consumables.
  • Maintenance of Water security systems, parking, lights Basic knowledge of Building materials , Interior design & concept, washrooms & essential toiletries.
  • Administer smooth office operations and administration.
