This position is responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to ensure efficient, effective and profitable operations of all departments under Rooms Division; this position is also responsible for achieving sales, profitability and quality goals for the Rooms Division by developing and executing marketing strategies controlling costs and providing quality service and products to guests.
Qualifications
- Graduate of four‑year collegiate course, preferably in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or any related course
- Minimum of 2‑5 years of relevant experience in Front Office operations or hospitality or hotel management
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and handling complaints professionally
- Proven track record of leading a team in a customer‑facing role
