We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to coordinate arrivals and departures, check guests in and out, manage capacity utilization, handle direct bookings, and serve as the primary contact for guests and team members. You will provide assistance to staff, demonstrating knowledge, appearance, and role‑model behavior.

Qualifications

  • Training in hotel administration
  • Experience at the reception of the upscale hospitality industry
  • Ideally prior management experience
  • Knowledge of Protel (desired)
  • Fluency in the country's language
