• Perform inspection and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
• Assist the Senior/Cell Leader to meet cell targets and goals for quality and on‑time delivery, and drive root‑cause analysis when targets are not met.
• Implement production and overtime schedules & procedures, and allocate manpower and resources to maximize productivity while maintaining employees’ morale and cell satisfaction.
• Control production activities, material flow and inventory used by the cells to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance of standards, product safety, people’s safety and drive Core, EH&S and Ethics culture in the cells.
