What you will do
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food Store.
Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the store is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
Develop and deliver user‑friendly specialized training.
Collaborate with the department managers.
Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching.
Business to Business (B2B) sales, call-outs, etc.
Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service.
Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins.
Staying knowledgeable of a wide variety of product information.
