Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality experience across all outlets, including our restaurant, bar, room service, and events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial success.

Your Day to Day:

Support the Managmenet team in running all F&B departments across all properties: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, events, pub service.

Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence

Lead and inspire the food & beverage team 

Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
