THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage you will manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and event services. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction while optimising revenue and upholding operational excellence.

THE MUST HAVES
-Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
-Previous experience in food and beverage management in a luxury hotel
-Demonstrated ability in managing daily operations, including planning and coordinating with other departments
-Experience in developing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
-Proven ability to effectively handle customer complaints or issues
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Outstanding communication skills
