Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance operations, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and ownership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
  • Supervise, coach and develop members of the Finance team.
  • Liaise with external parties including auditors, banks and government authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance operations, internal controls and financial reporting.
