Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance operations, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and ownership.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
- Supervise, coach and develop members of the Finance team.
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, banks and government authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance operations, internal controls and financial reporting.
