Assistant Field Service engineer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of femtosecond(Visumax500/800) and excimer lasers(Mel90), which are used in refractive surgery in the field of ophthalmology.

  • Execute OJT(On Job Training) of installation, PM, Service, Application support for Zeiss devices at customer site and Technical Service Room
  • Managing Calibration data and Truck stock
  • All service activities should be follow the Service manual and HQ SOP
  • Record all service activities on a service report
  • Be responsible of checking systems and devices to satisfy technical inspection standard
  • Perform inspection & maintenance of the device under company’s manuals and procedures
  • Maintain and review received inspection documents
  • Reporting of results and feedback to project teams
  • Report the issue and service topics to REF service Team Leader
