Job Description

Support Daily F&B Operations:
  • Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Guest Service Excellence:
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
Team Leadership and Staff Management:
