Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Assisting the Farm Manager with planning of field plans, plant orders and plant care
- Assisting with Flower Production, forecasting, harvesting and packing
- Assisting the Farm Manager with staff management ie. Performance improvement, discipline and training
- Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Global
- G.A.P. and SIZA systems and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records required for certification.
- Conduct internal inspections and assist with internal and external audits.
- Address audit findings and corrective actions timeously.
- Be technically competent and confident using digital systems.
- Ensure electronic records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Generate reports to support operational decision-making and compliance.
