Roles & Responsibilities

  • Setting goals, planning, and controlling production by the company's policies and management's directives.
  • Controlling production to align with production plans and delivery plans to customers.
  • Controlling the quality of products or goods.
  • Controlling inventory to maintain appropriate levels.
  • Controlling production costs.
  • Controlling production processes to comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) or WI (Work Instructions).
  • Developing production processes and continuously improving efficiency.
  • Monitoring and controlling problem-solving measures and implementing preventive actions to avoid recurring issues.
