We’re currently seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to support the day‑to‑day operation and presentation of a major retail asset, ensuring it is safe, compliant, well‑maintained and welcoming for all customers, retailers and guests.
About the role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operational performance of the asset by ensuring building services, contractors and facilities are managed to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailers, operators, Mirvac teams, suppliers and local stakeholders
