Assistant Executive Accommodation Manager

Dromoland Castle, one of Ireland's most prestigious luxury destinations, is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Executive Accommodation Manager to lead the daily operations of our Accommodation Department.

Reporting to the Executive Accommodation Manager, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the highest five-star standards across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing accommodation team in line with Forbes-level standards.
