Assistant Engineering Manager - ELV and ICT Systems

ASST ENGINEERING MANAGER ELV-ICT To lead the design and coordination of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems ensuring seamless integration with electrical and other MEP services, meeting safety, reliability, and performance standards. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Design of ELV systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, AV systems and Networking. Preparation of BOQ and basic knowledge in costing Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. Knowledge in CAD &Basic knowledge in Revit and Navis platform Coordinate ELV system design with electrical and architectural disciplines. Conduct design reviews and ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables. Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives. Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning stages.
