Assistant Engineer, Silicon Photonics Engineering

Your Job

- Molex is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join our Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU). In this role, you will support engineering teams in the development and manufacturing of Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) products. You will be responsible for engineering documentation, design support activities, BOM maintenance, layout verification, and engineering data analysis to ensure efficient execution of product development and NPI programs.

What You Will Do 

- Maintain and standardize engineering documents, technical specifications, and design records.

- Create and maintain optical/electrical schematics, block diagrams, and related engineering drawings.

- Maintain product Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering databases.

- Collect, organize, and analyze engineering, test, and yield data; prepare reports and charts.
