Job Description


  • Responsible for the on-site guidance, management, supervision and service. 


    • 负责生产现场的工艺指导、管理、监督和服务


  • Assist the implementation of production plan and timely solve problem in the execution process. 


    • 协助跟进生产进度，并及时解决生产计划执行中出现的问题


  • Responsible for the implementation and supervision of quality standard, solve problem by communicating with quality and engineering dept. 


    • 负责质量标准的执行与监督，会同质量、工程部及时解决执行中出现的问题


  • Auditing equipment utilization, and follow up the execution of maintenance and improvement plan. 


    • 审核设备的使用，根据维保计划跟进执行情况与改进计划


  • Research and report foundry layout, equipment and methodology improvement to support the decision of management team.


    • 进行有关工厂布局、设备和工艺改进和成本控制等的研究和报告，为管理层的决策提供数据支持


  • Assist the summary, analysis and following up of risk observation in workshop, and HSE and Lean improvement project.
