Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in managing and supervising metal fabrication projects according to drawings and instructions.
• Coordinate and arrange daily work activities, manpower, and material preparation at the site.
• Supervise and monitor on-site work to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Record and report daily site progress, including photos and documentation.
• Communicate with team members, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support troubleshooting of basic site issues and escalate where necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/TVET/Certificate in Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, or related field
• Experience in metal fabrication or site supervision
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Willing to travel to project sites
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
