JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Electronics Engineering having 03 – 05 years of instrumentation experience. Candidates having good command on installation and commissioning of regulations setup, maintenance of regulators, control valves, safety valves, flow computer and transmitters.
Responsibilities:
- To manage for up-keep maintenance of control instruments at SMSs, MVAs, Filter Separators, MPL Regulation set ups & Interconnection valves.
- Scheduled Maintenance of Ball Valves, Plug Valves.
- Servicing /overhauling of Control Valves and regulators.
- Greasing & Servicing of Unicaps.
- Oil level check and maintenance of Auto Actuated Valves.
- Function Check of remote operatable Actuated Valves with SCADA.
- Repair or replace defective valves, control valves, Pressure Controller and Gauges.
