Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Production on line support regarding on system issue/Incident reported
• Production on line support regarding on hardware failure
• Implementation and configuration regarding system
• Installation of hardware with organized
• Communicate within team member, user, and supplier
• Issue/Incident logging
• Prepare Report issue/Incident
• Provide training to user regarding system
• Provide improvement plan regarding user request/system performance related issue
• Perform any other ad-hoc duty/task assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical
• Minimum 1 years experience in quality is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work in shift.
